Reign Holdings Headquarters
The new headquarters for Reign Holdings Limited was designed to reflect the company’s progressive approach to business. The office is organised around an open layout, with high glass partitions used selectively to maintain transparency while defining functional zones.
edge Architects was appointed as Interior Design Consultant, responsible for the interior design of the headquarters. A restrained, monotone colour palette defines the overall design language. Grey concrete finishes, white workstations, and black-framed glass partitions are combined with warm wood accents to create a sophisticated and contemporary minimalist interior aligned with the client’s aesthetic sensibilities.
Special emphasis was placed on the creation of a private, den-like lounge for the CEOs, intended primarily for meetings with high-profile guests. This space incorporates wood flooring, a large rug, exposed brick walls, and feature lighting to establish a refined and luxurious atmosphere.
The reception and sales centre is designed to resemble a contemporary art gallery. Clean lines and strong finishes define the space, while a self-service pantry and comfortable upholstered seating integrated into veneer-panelled walls contribute to a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The CEOs’ lounge reflects luxury and the personal style of its users. A combination of textures and finishes creates visual interest while reinforcing the space’s role as a setting for VIP engagement.
The workstation area adopts a minimalist colour scheme complemented by sleek contemporary lighting, allowing staff to work without visual distraction. The layout maximises natural light penetration throughout the space. A large high table for group discussions forms a central focal point, encouraging communication, with workstations for the CEOs overlooking the area.
Meeting rooms are conceived as transparent glass boxes framed in black, maximising the use of available natural light while allowing it to pass through to adjacent spaces such as the reception and sales centre. Contemporary meeting chairs and sculptural lighting elements give each room a distinct character.
Designed as a space for staff to dine and unwind, the pantry features restaurant-style upholstered seating, wood slatted wall finishes, and a blackboard wall for informal staff interaction.
