Deyaar
edge Architects was appointed following a competition-winning entry to deliver Park Five under a full scope of services, from Concept Design through to Site Supervision. The project is scheduled to commence on site in Q4 2025.
As part of the appointment, edge Architects engaged and coordinated all required consultants and partnered with Prime to support project delivery and ensure early engagement with the relevant authorities from project inception.
Location: Dubai, UAE | Year: 2024 | Client: Deyaar | Status: Pre-Contract

The scale and complexity of the project required strong local knowledge, structured coordination, and proactive stakeholder management. Client aspirations extended beyond the parameters of the approved affection plans, necessitating careful navigation of regulatory frameworks.
edge Architects collated all relevant technical and planning information and established early communication channels with authority entities to secure required design exceptions during the early design stages. This approach was implemented to minimise potential delays later in the programme.
Varying plot limitations and alignment with the client’s vision meant that each plot required different exceptions. edge Architects coordinated a consolidated authorities process across all plots to maintain visual continuity and ensure the original design intent was retained.
Throughout the project, various client-led design amendments were proposed. To manage these effectively, edge Architects implemented structured processes to document changes, identify associated risks, and assess mitigation measures prior to approval. This ensured that all design, programme, and commercial impacts were clearly understood before implementation.
