Chic Tower is positioned along the Dubai Canal waterfront and adopts a soft aesthetic that responds to its neighbouring context. The architectural expression draws from its waterside setting, aligning the building visually with its surroundings.

The development includes a range of apartment typologies, from studios to five-bedroom units. Additional duplex apartments are located within the podium level, overlooking the water and expanding the residential offering within the scheme.

The concept design established the framework for a contemporary waterfront residential tower, defining both its external character and internal residential mix prior to Chic Tower de Grisogono the commencement of construction.
