The tower is conceived as a slender, efficient vertical form, with architectural embellishment limited to the ground plane and the crown. This approach ensures clarity of form while optimising internal efficiency. The massing and orientation maximise views towards Burj Khalifa, with approximately 80% of residential units benefiting from this outlook.

Terraced townhouses are integrated within the development and are topped with green roofs, creating an elevated park environment for residents. The project also connects to the Dubai Canal water taxi network, incorporating new water transport stops as part of the wider mobility strategy.

The development is designed as an extension of the existing canal promenade rather than a standalone object. Pedestrian and water traffic flows are carefully integrated, with the ground-level layout activating the waterfront through dining, activities, and focal features. The resulting public realm strengthens key pedestrian corridors and reinforces the vibrancy of the canal edge.
