Located in Abu Dhabi, Bloom Living – Phase 3 forms part of a large-scale residential community development by Bloom Holdings. The project comprises a combination of villas, townhouses, apartments, and associated community facilities within an established masterplan framework.
edge Architects was appointed to deliver the Concept Design and Schematic Design stages for the project, working as Design Architect during the early phases of development. The appointment followed a formal Request for Proposal process for design consultant services

The scope of work covered Concept and Schematic Design for multiple residential typologies, including villas, townhouses, apartments, and supporting community buildings. The project required the refinement and enhancement of architectural facades for certain residential components, alongside full architectural and interior design development for apartment buildings based on masterplanner-provided massing
The design approach was guided by a clear architectural vision defined in the brief, calling for a timeless and contextual residential language with a refined and homefocused character. The project integrates multiple residential neighbourhoods, each organised around shared amenities, recreational facilities, and public realm spaces.
Throughout the Concept and Schematic Design stages, edge Architects coordinated architectural and interior design inputs, prepared design narratives and visual material for client review, and supported the development of marketing and approval documentation. The project was completed up to Schematic Design in 2023.
